Ok, So last week had a chance to catch up on some classes. Caught Wednesday All level Gi night class and Thursday All level Gi night class. Did not make Saturday open mat or Sunday Beginner GI.
Monday was Presidents day, wrapped the fingers and toes and off went to Monday night Beginner Gi and stayed a half of the open mat. ( back jacked up ! fingers a bit tore up) .
So last night went over upa escape from mount, elbow knee escape, Scissor sweep – good class. I need to work on conditioning ( have to put that first !, elbow knee escape, sweeps, and escape from side mount…. )
